Having problems with noise! the ceiling was going to read :
1) prokladyvalas substrate 6 mm
2) between bars ukladyvlas mineral wool (skid) + sheet foam
3) re-regulation of 6 mm

Shumoizolyatsinny effect is to be poor but (heard Neighbor top telefizor and steps) that is Plywood resonates from the bars. Had the decision to pave the plywood and felt extend nyatyazhnoy ceiling (to get air pillow)
